YOUTH SPORT TRAINING
Building Strong Youth Athletes
Whether it’s making the team, the starting lineup or just improving your child’s health, being fit at an early age can keep your child one step ahead of the rest. CrossFit Bios offers youth programming that focuses on developing agility, balance, coordination and general conditioning in addition to drilling movements that improve power and speed. Through all training there is an emphasis on form and technique so that athletes learn to move correctly and efficiently.
Our program is appropriate for youth ages 8-18 of all fitness levels and sports backgrounds. Programming will vary to meet the needs of specific athletes. Our facility features progressive training equipment such as an indoor turf run, prowlers, rowing machines, kettlebells, ropes and much more.
Classes are led by nationally certified trainers who have diverse backgrounds in collegiate sports, working with youth athletes, CrossFit kids, sports-specific training and more. Our coaching philosophy is positive and motivating and allows athletes to build self-confidence while improving their overall fitness and sports performance.

Sports Specific Team Training
We also offer sport specific team training. We can train your entire team at our facility or at yours. This program is designed to provide customized training that will build stronger, faster and more powerful athletes so that your entire team gains an elevation in performance. We will work with coaches and athletes to design a program that meets your specific training needs for the level of your athletes and your sport.
