We offer coaching at Bios. Not just a gym membership or access to equipment. We want to make sure that everybody that comes in the door at Bios has their personal story heard. We understand that everyone has different needs, different goals, and has had unique experiences before they found their way to our gym. We want to make sure we get to know you so we best figure out how we can best help using our programs.
The “No Sweat” Intro
This is a free 20 minute session where you schedule a time to sit down with us and we listen. We listen to what you done in the past. We listen to how you have succeeded and how you have struggled. And we listen to where you want to go. If you would like to stick around after and get a taste of what one of our workouts is like, feel free to do so. If not, that’s fine too.
After learning about you and your needs and goals, we offer a prescription on how best we can help you. Maybe that is with nutrition coaching, personalized one-on-one sessions, or group classes. Maybe it’s a combination of different programs. Maybe our programs aren’t the best fit for you. That’s okay too.
Bottom line is, we aren’t here to sign you up for a gym membership and send you on your way to figure things out yourself. We want you to get the absolute most out of your time with us. We know in that order to do so, we need to get to know you first and create a sensible blueprint for the future.
