1. What made you Start CrossFit?
I was gaining weight day by day with no exercise and realized it is high time to join an effective fitness regime to get fit.. I found Bios’ 6 week challenge on Facebook to be intimidating. That’s when I called Peter.

2. How has CrossFit changed your life?
I have lost weight in the past was hiking.. walks.. and OTF.. but after joining Bios I lost weight at a much rapid pace… lost about 12 Lbs in a month. Thanks to Laura and Peter for guiding me through healthy diet and exercise sessions. Still a long way ahead to reach my fitness goals.. and I am motivated to achieve it.

3. What are some of the goals you have?
Get fit and healthy.. by losing at least 35-40 Lbs and maintaining the healthy lifestyle
Run a half marathon ( I am not a good runner) towards end of 2019,
participate in Spartan race sometime in 2019

4. What is your perfect workout?
A day when I start liking Burpees

5. What would you tell somebody just starting out or thinking about starting out?
Don’t think.. just start..
Miracles don’t happen in a day.. patience is key

6. What is your previous fitness background?
I was very actively hiking for about 2+ years till I moved to EDH early 2016.. joined OTF and worked out for about 5-6 months in 2017.. Liked it but felt it was very far.. kept gaining weight after that till I joined Bios in October. Here I am now

7. What do you like most about CrossFit and what do you like about Bios?
Before joining CrossFit I was under the impression that it is not me.. but I had to make drastic changes in my lifestyle to get healthy and fit and I knew it is possible thru CrossFit. I like the variations and variety of exercises possible and I now think it is for everyone.. It is an investment I am making for my healthy future.

The best thing I like at Bios  that there is a family/friendly feeling… everyone is so cooperative and friendly and motivated to achieve their goals..

Bios is also close to my home.
Very good, passionate  and friendly trainers / coaches..

8. What is something that is interesting that people don’t know about you?
I am a workaholic.. now I want that habit to help me in getting fit
I am in search of my best self

9. What motivates and/or inspires you?
Work hard in silence..let your success be your noise..”
