The Elements program starts at the ground floor of gymnastic position and movement. It applies a measured approach to developing pull and press strength along with building a variety of core stabilization exercises over a 6 week program. Ideal for the beginner WITHOUT a strict pull up, real push ups, a handstand or a ring or bar Muscle up or for the more advanced athlete to further strengthen basic positions and technique. This linear strength and skill program gives and much as you put into and has shown incredible results.

Class Days and Times:

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30pm w/ Coach Emily Cook

Classes run from 7/11-8/17, Limit 8 people
