New to CrossFit?
Great! In order to acclimate you to our program we require completion of our On Ramp course. The course consists of 4 private sessions with one of our coaches where we will evaluate your movement patterns, discuss your fitness goals, introduce you to the basic exercises used in our classes, and establish a fitness plan that works best for your needs.
CrossFit Group Classes
After completion of the On Ramp program, you may join in our group CrossFit Classes. These are 1 hour sessions held in the small group environment (4-8 people) and led by one of our knowledgeable and friendly coaches. Classes include a thorough warm-up and stretching, strength training, skill development, and a fun, challenging, high intensity conditioning workout. All you need to do is show up and do the work, your coach will always have a watchful eye on technique and will ensure a safe and highly effective workout.
Open Gym time can be used as a supplement to our CrossFit group class members or personal training clients to further develop skill work, practice technique, work on mobility, or do homework assigned to them during group class or personal training sessions. Open gym access is available as an add on to our CrossFit Unlimited membership and for our Personal Training clients that utilize PT at least twice per week.
