Have you ever been nervous to walk into a gym or weren’t sure where to start? That doesn’t happen at CrossFit Bios. Before moving into regular classes, you will learn everything you need to get started the right way through our On Ramp program, consisting of four one-on-one personal training sessions plus one nutrition counseling session.
At CrossFit Bios, our personal trainers possess the experience and education to help you to meet your fitness needs. Personal training allows us to better focus on each and every clients individual needs and demands allowing us to customize workouts that will most effectively get you to where you would like to be. Our CrossFit Group classes are the most commonly utilized service here at CrossFit Bios. Our expert coaches guide small groups
sessions that include stretching and warm-up, skill work and strength training, a high intensity conditioning workout, and a thorough cool down and mobility work. Workouts are varied on a daily basis so you are constantly being challenged all while working side by side with other members who have great attitudes and will encourage yourself to get the most out of every session.
